Gliffy Web of Three Little Bears

1) The characterization I chose for this project were the shapes and images from Gliffy. I chose this idea as a way to web out children's stories such as The Three Little Bears, as an example of what student can do with their own stories that they read in class. Or in this case, what prospective elementary school teachers can teach to their students. The Learning outcome for this assignment is for students to use technology as a way to "map" out the story elements of any children's literature. This mind map will improve my student's learning of the concept from its colorful and professional looking design, which will enhance their ability to visualize the stories that they read.
2) The most important lesson learned from this assignment was from the features of Gliffy and how they were used to create.
3) I like the software of Gliffy and I wish it was free for life! Unfortunately, some of my students in the other class found it difficult and frustrating to use, perhaps due to the computers they were using at the time.
4) I would definitely use this program (or something else like it) again and I am not sure that I would change anything in my mind-maps, though I would want to use it again as an example for other stories that we may do in class.
